1. User Eligibility

• Only individuals 18 years or older (or otherwise of legal majority under Indian law) may create an account and participate in trading on Queeny.

• Age verification procedures must be in place, with special restrictions on access to adult content.

2. Content Posting and Purchase Rules

• Content uploaded to Queeny must not violate any Indian law, be obscene, defamatory, infringe copyright, or breach another’s rights.

• Absolutely no child sexual abuse materials are allowed; compliance with the POCSO Act and IT Act 67B is mandatory.

• Adult content must comply with IPC 292/293, IT Act Sections 67/67A, and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.

• Queeny is obligated to monitor, label, and restrict adult content according to the IT Rules 2021, with robust takedown procedures and clear pathways for reporting unlawful or objectionable material.

3. Intellectual Property and Licensing

• Uploaders to Queeny must exclusively own the rights to their images or videos or have secured all required licenses or releases.

• Uploaders grant Queeny a non-exclusive, global license to host, distribute, and display content solely for platform operation.

• Responsibility for image/video copyright and privacy clearance rests with the uploader.

4. Prohibited Use

• Violations, such as selling illegal content, sharing without rights, harassing others, or trying to bypass platform protections, will result in account termination and possible legal consequences.

• Users may not attempt to access Queeny if under 18 or otherwise restricted by Indian law.

5. Data Handling and Privacy

• Queeny collects, stores, and processes user data in accordance with the IT Act’s reasonable security rules and its own Privacy Policy

• Explicit user consent for handling personal data is required.

6. Platform Liability and Limitations

• Queeny does not guarantee continuous access or accuracy of user-uploaded content and is not liable for damages from use, except as provided under Indian consumer protection law.

7. Dispute Policy

• These terms are governed under Indian law, and legal proceedings will be in the company’s jurisdiction. Arbitration or mediation may be an option for dispute resolution.

• Users must comply with all Indian laws at all times.

8. Enforcement

• Queeny reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts violating these rules with or without notice, and to cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

• Changes to these terms will be communicated; continued use is deemed acceptance.
